Doubling the number of Canadian Lebanese Lawyers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region by the year 2020

The Canadian Lebanese Chamber Law Committee is taking on the formidable objective of doubling the number of Canadian Lebanese Lawyers in the Ottawa-Gatineau region by the year 2020.

While setting the objective was the first step we now need your help to execute our plan. In order to raise awareness among parents, children, existing lawyers, paralegals and new immigrants with legal backgrounds in the Ottawa-Gatineau region we intend to host frequent professional development programs, networking events and fundraising events to raise money for bursaries/scholarships to be awarded to law students.

If you are a lawyer, paralegal or student-at-law, please provide us with your name, title, name of organization with which you work, work address, telephone number(s) and e-mail address(es) so we may include you on our contact list. Please send your information to Yolanda Saghbini at ysaghbini@srlaw.ca . The contact list will be used solely to inform you of our upcoming events.

Assist us in inspiring others to pursue a rewarding career in law while expanding your network!

Sincerely,

The Canadian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Law Committee
